Customized & Personalized Products

All customized, personalized, made-to-order, and engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for customized products once production has started.

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:
• The item received is damaged.
• The item received is defective.
• The wrong item was shipped.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

By placing an order, the customer confirms that all customization details, including design, size, engraving, and specifications, have been reviewed and approved. HimDripLab is not responsible for any errors or incorrect information provided by the customer.
